My journey into software development and UI/UX design, combined with expertise in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Customer Feedback Analysis, has been driven by a singular vision: to bridge the gap I observed in the industry.
After years of working in various tech domains, I noticed a persistent disconnect between customer feedback and actionable business insights. This realization sparked the inception of BetterHub. My experience revealed that while businesses had access to customer data, they often struggled to interpret it effectively and timely.
